Breakfast offerings are great, local food and Asian food. They all satisfied my expectations for a weekday lineup. I’m expecting more on their weekend offerings. The place is very clean. The crews are helpful and the overall food service is outstanding. This is y second year in a row stay.

The hotel has a great service. Staff are accommodating and and pleasant. Good location considering it is accessible to different modes of transportation. But it is a bit far from shopping malls. Cleanliness is average. But the amenities are great especially the rooms with complete appliances.

Seda is one of the most decently luxurious hotels in whole of Manila at a very reasonable price. Luckily we were upgraded into a 2 bedroom suite when we stayed. The amenities are complete, the facilities are decent, however, the partitions of guest rooms need to be reinforced with better sound insulations as we are hearing the noise from other room. We just went here straight from an out of country travel so we were able to laundry our clothes in the washer/dryer in our suite. The location is superb, there is a mall at the building’s podium where you can find anything and because it is in CBD, everything you need is almost reachable by foot. More than the luxury vibes, it feels like home. The traffic jam in the area is not good specially during office hours Toiletries and the breakfast buffet are basic. But considering the price we paid, It’s fine. Staff from security, concierge, front desk, ADD, to House keeping are friendly, nice and professionals. They made our stay delightful

Me and family stayed at this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. I must say we had a spectacular experience in this hotel. The staff were all friendly. The rooms were clean. They provided us enough amenities. The free breakfast has unlimited choices. We stayed at the 34th floor and our view was perfect. It was worth the price!

During my time in the Philippines I've stayed at several Seda properties. This has been the best. I've spent 20 plus nights at this location. Great atmosphere, staff, rooms and especially beds. Also a great location for restaurants and shopping. (Greenbelts just 10 minute walk away)

Our one-bedroom unit is roomy, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom is roomy as well, and the water pressure is great. Breakfast at Misto is varied and delicious. But the best part of our stay is the service. We wish the staff continued success.
